Recommend for a brief hiatus

Charming room, good breakfast, with the homemade pastries served fresh by our attentive host, all within easy walking distance of major attractions, making our stay both enjoyable and convenient.

a double room was with central heating, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar. the breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of great options. location: the hotel was close enough to piazza di spagna, parliament, shopping area.

The location turned out to be unbeatable, short walk to the city center as well as many restaurants and stores, including grocery stores and pharmacies. And it was just 1 km from St Paul's Church.

Charming decor with a good balcony provides a cozy space after a day of exploring. Fresh cakes at breakfast add a unique touch to the morning routine.

Small room made it hard to move around, limited space around the bed. The shower drain was slow, causing the shower area to flood slightly. No curtains to fully block sunlight can be a hassle for light sleepers.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay during holidays. View looking over city was the reason we booked deluxe quadruple room.

The warm, attentive service made us feel right at home, and the delicious breakfast with fresh local ingredients was a highlight of our stay.

The bed was quite firm, which might not suit everyone's comfort preference.

The location of B&B Insula Urbis excelled. Within walking distance of major attractions and numerous dining options, yet it remained surprisingly quiet at night. My room was both spacious and comfortable, adorned with charming decor and a lovely view. Arianna's warm hospitality really stood out. She greeted us with her mother's homemade cakes at breakfast, delicious and added a personal touch to our stay. Breakfast also featured fresh ingredients and offered gluten-free options, catering to various dietary needs. On the downside, I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking, though a pillow top was available upon request. The water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak, which could be an inconvenience for some. These minor inconveniences didn't overshadow the excellent experience that I had here, and I would happily return.

The location was perfect for our family, allowing us quick access to major sites like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, while also being close to good restaurants. Arianna were really nice too, from arranging a taxi to providing breakfast tailored to our needs.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly snacks available.

Excellent place with great Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and tv. Staff once helped me with taxi tips, and they're always friendly. I highly recommend staying here. I'm coming back for another trip!

This place offers absolutely perfect units with a lovely modern bathroom and friendly staff, plus it's located in a fantastic neighborhood that's easy to access.

I had a fantastic stay! Arianna made breakfast special with her mother's homemade cakes, and the room had a lovely balcony to unwind after sightseeing. The only downside was the firm bed, but I'd definitely come back!

Wi-Fi was fast, and I appreciated the electric kettle for tea. Shower pressure could improve.
